How far are you traveling for Thanskgiving?

Just curious about some of the drives people will be making as Thanksgiving approaches.

I will be leaving Alexandria, VA and heading to Raleigh-Durham, NC for the holiday. To avoid as much traffic on 95-South as possible, I'll be making the drive tonight leaving at 10 PM (just a smidgen less than a 4-hr trip).

Washington DC is eerily empty today, as is my workplace.

Hope everyone enjoys time with family and friends, and if you are one of those required to WORK retail on Thanksgiving night for the sales starting at 8-9 PM, I'm very sorry that you have to do that.

Ill be going from one side of texas to the other Amarillo tx to pittsburg tx 500 miles and 8 hrs one way

15 miles to go to work I work 1330-0300 BUT we get paid double time and a half and every hour I work that day is overtime so essentially its like 3x my pay!

I'm driving a decent 240-400 miles on thanksgiving depending on what my plans will be on Black Friday. But I'm going to 3-4 different thanksgiving dinner/brunch(s) all day long so I wont mind.
