Have you checked the usual culprits for a sudden drop in mileage (air filter and spark plugs)? Did the drop happen all at once or has it been decreasing?
I would also like some help with this! I'm getting 12.2L/100km on the 1.8! My old 2002 mini van got about 11.6, this is ridiculous!

Recent cold weather?
Change of temp & longer warm up kills economy.
How far is your commute?
AT or MT vearbox?

You guys will get a lot more help if you can convert that into miles per gallon for us, since most of the members on this board are from the US. Until then, we wouldn't even be able to tell you how far away from typical winter fuel economy you might be.

I just converted it to 19.5MPG!
My particular Cruze is a 2011 1.8L LS auto! It hasn't been very cold around here approximately 10C or or 50F.
Also I have about a 10km commute!

A 10km commute at 50f barely gives the ecm time to come "on-line".
Monitor the eng temp next trip.
I'm only guessing here but the eng needs 175+ to allow the ecm to go into closed loop.
Have ya checked the tire pressure.

20.6 mpg 14km one way, and the temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius lately
i dont get more than 400km to a tank, thats 248 miles

These things go into closed loop quite early. It's not a old car that needs a minute or so.
I'd look into the usual suspects such as weather, tire pressure, any changes in usual driving routines/traffic, and letting other people use the car. Some folks are lead-foots that can't get good fuel economy if their life depended on it.
