2011 SEMA Show Coverage

The largest automotive aftermarket expo in the world, the SEMA Show is a bucket-list event for any auto enthusiast. There's just one problem, it's not open to the public. So unless you can scam or bribe your way through the doors to check out over a million square feet of insanely modified cars and trucks, coverage of the show is vital. AutoGuide will be on hand November 1-4th to deliver live reports, photos and video on all the major reveals.

While the purpose of the show is to highlight new modifications, there's no better way to draw attention to those parts than with an excellent show car... and a few beautiful models. Often those purpose built machines end up being monstrosities rather than things of beauty, and mocking them is all part of what makes SEMA special.

As well, car manufacturers continue to grow their presence at the show, debuting concepts, performance modifications and sometimes just commissioning wild show cars to keep people talking.

Major areas of interest at SEMA include Racing and Performance, Wheels and Tires, as well as Trucks, SUVs and Off-Road vehicles.

I have been fortunate enough to attend last year and will be there again this year, beginning next Wednesday through Friday! Hoping to see some Cruze's decked out this year (got tired of all the Mustangs and ... yes ... Camaro's).

New to the group & wanted to share some pics of the Concept 1 Chevy Cruze LTZ that will be ondisplay at SEMA in Las Vegas starting tomorrow.

We are a partner with General Motors and have built vehicles based on the platforms that GM prefers to promote for the year.

20x8.5 Lexani one piece forged wheels. 42mm offset.

245/30/20 Continental Tires.

Any rubbing issues?
Did you have to roll the fenders?

I am going to go with a 225/35/20 on a 7.5" wheel with lowering springs. I just don't know which offset yet. (38-42)

zero issues. Didn't roll the fenders and we plan on lowering the car another inch after SEMA.

You know i would have thought that scalloped hood would look dumb but i actually think it looks cool.

Just returned home from 3 Days at SEMA and of course I took a bunch of pictures of any Cruze I could find... Here's the Kicker Cruze they did a build on just before the show.
