Im almost 100% sure that that second one HAS to have atleast a ZZP downpipe if not a mid pipe as well. you can hear the Turbo spool very clearly.

A resanator and muffler delete wont give you that turbo spool alone. the first video sounds like its just the Muffler/Res delete though.

always hard to judge sound through you tube as stuff that I thought sounded quiet were actually quite loud, any one in southwestern or midwestern Ontario have a muffler delete Cruze 1.4T?

Doubtful, since there is still a turbo, two cats & a resonator to quiet things down. Was thinking of this very same mod since its more of a subtle rumble/tone than a cat back exhaust & cost much less.

Mine drones alittle. It is also only raspy when first fired up, for about a minute or two, then the exhaust heats up and goes away. But IMO my car sounds awesome for what it is. My buddy with a Cobalt SS/TC is jealous from the way my exhaust sounds...strange I know.

Can you hear the exhaust while you're driving? If so how loud on 1-10 scale. Also how much did it cost you to do this mod? And finally, once I keep the car for 3 years and want to sell it back to the dealer, can I attach the stock muffler back on without any issues?

When I bought my axle back, I drove to Cali to pick it up. Chopped off my muffler and drove it back without the muffler. Surprisingly it wasn't loud at all. Had a nice deep tone. I did get drone at near 4k while going through the mountains on the way back but in regular driving it wasn't bad at all.
I did drop an average of 2 mpg without it though.
Keep your muffler and reweld if you sell your car.
