Need advice from those in the know, what do I buy?

I want to add an aftermarket 2-din to my 2012 LT. I do have steering controls but no Nav. Want to retain chimes and steering controls. Which pac do I buy? There are so many! I'm looking at putting a JVC deck in need some advice on items I'm gonna need. Will most likely add Sirius as well.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Here's a how to on what is needed to install an aftermarket stereo in Chevrolet cruze vehicles. I also added the link to the parts needed that are listed in the video. Hope this helps!

Cool, thanks. But why a Volkswagen adapter? Will the metra work with ALL aftermarket radio? Mine is a JVC.

The Ebay link for the antenna adaptor just indicates its for a volkwagen if you go to to metra's website and enter your vehicle information it does list that part for our vehicle. Someone on another cruze forum had a whole touchscreen jvc setup for sale a while back. I'll PM you the link.

Quick question, The GMOS 044, does this replace the need for those PAC SWi-JACK type things so I can use my steering wheel controls, or will I need it too?

That metra kit along with the scosche brand one will work with all radios. I went with the scosche kit and it retained everything from factory, but I'm unsure about the onstar because I do not have it any longer. But everything else works perfect.

scosche kit? Not sure of which one you speak of sir The metra (referring to the GMOS-044) I'm assuming lets you keep chimes and such. What does the scosche kit do?

Scosche is the other brand that sells a dash kit thy does basically the same thing as the metra kit. Slightly different but does the same thing. I'd post a link but I'm on my phone. Just go to scosche's website to take a look.
