This unit doesn't have navigation, so no, you wouldn't need a different antenna.
Still surprised that no one is interested in this... The price is pretty good for a complete solution.

I'm considering breaking the actual head unit out of this deal, selling the Cruze specifc installation components separately from that actual head unit. Anyone interested either?
