Where can I find a breakdown of fees for buying a new Cruze?

I am really trying to do my homework before I go in to my local Chevy dealer to but a 1Lt for 19,050. Its been 10 years since I have been to a dealer. What fees besides tax did you guys have to pay?
The only significant fee I remember paying years ago was a Destination charge for 300 dollars.

Its all on the window sticker, typically a destination fee and dealers prep charge. Sales tax, title transfer, registration, license plates fees are extra.

In Wisconsin, sales tax is based on the sticker price, rebates, GM card, dealer discounts are not knocked off the sales tax price. For whatever reason, will knock off a trade-in price, because they know they are going to get sales tax when that vehicle is resold.

One reason why I hate rebates, besides having to fill out that form, pay around 44 cents for a stamp, still have to pay sales tax on that rebate. If they would just knock the price of that item on the shelve, wouldn't have to pay that extra tax.

I found the best thing to do when negotiating a car price is to go to kbb.com(Kelly Blue Book) and find out what the car is worth both for the car you are looking at and trading and figure @1000-2000 more or less on either end. The biggest rip off is trading. They will low ball your trade and try to sell for more than it is worth(like ebay). The sticker is relatively accurate so if you are just buying and not trading there is little problem. Depends on your situation.

    Hope that helps.

In Illinois they just take the rebate off the price of the car no form to fill out also sales tax is based on the finale selling price of the car.
