Alternate Cargo Net Location

I have never been a fan of the cargo net being installed in the trunk opening, on my last car I moved it to one side of the trunk. I could never find a nice way to mount on the side of the cruze, but found the perfect spot that is easy to access from the back seat.

This is actually the cargo net from my 2004 cavalier(J-body 1994-2005) which is the same as a sunfire. Not sure of the cruze cargo net size but suspect it would be possible to mount similarly.

I just used a small piece of black paracord to tie bottom corners to the metal loops that are hidden by the carpet here. The upper corners I used the plastic Ts that came with my other car. I will try to get some pictures of the mounting points if anyone would like.

If I did not have that other stuff in there already its really easy to load/unload grocery's from the side of car after you flip down the seat. Usually I throw all the heavy stuff in the net(soda, water,ect).

I've had the cargo net stretched across the trnuk opening on my '92 Saturn SC and didn't really care for the location. Then we got the MazdaP5 and the cargo net lays flat on the floor attached to the four corners of the rear hatch/trunk area. You just put stuff under the net and it stays there. I find this implementation far more useful. What are the dimensions of the Cruze cargo net? I've yet to find one on the aftermarket.

What are the dimensions of the Cruze cargo net?

I know the one I used from a cavalier is smaller/narrower, It would not stretch to the points the cruze cargo net mounts too.
