My Parking Brake only stops because of the arm rest. I think if it wasn't there's it would go higher.

Definitely not right. Either somethings seriously broken or so far out of adjustment that your rear brakes are doing anything for you.

The brakes work fine. When I press te brake pedal they brake.
Anyway. I just picked it up. Exactly the same as I left it. Maybe an inch better but the left caliper if flapping around as usual.
There is no way to fix it and I'm finished looking for a resolution. I'm over it. There is no resolution but to put up with it or get rid of the car.
I'll think about it.
More BS? Stuff likes this makes me very angry. Do you have those signs at parts counters, "No returns on electronic components!" I have returned them with a full refund.
But have to admit, not very good at this in Venezuela due to a language barrier. I assume you are English speaking in a foreign country.
That sucks. Was hoping it would be good.![]()
I'm not angry anymore. Just looking forward to the Civic if I decide to get one.
I just got to work. As an added bonus the CLACK at the end of the stop came back on the left.
I can't wait to get rid of this car.
You obviously fail to understand the difference between the brakes and the parking brake. The problem is with your parking brake. The parking brake only affects the rear brakes. The service technicians working on your car are idiots if they can't figure out how to adjust it properly.
The parking brake engages the same brake pads in the rear as the regular brakes. The most common problem with the Lordstown Cruze rear brakes was that they were out of adjustment. The most obvious symptom of this was the hand brake handle having to be pulled way to far up to engage the parking/emergency brake.
