    debadge and caliper paint

New Cruze owner who has spent the last few night reading the forums. Want to remove the names and in my case LT? Well I have read to use windex and some fishing line, well I was raised in a body shop... put the car in the sun (as I did today) and let sit for an hour or so. I pulled the car into the garage and immediately pulle all the letters off the trunk lid, with almost no effort. Use the windex or some alcohol to get rid of the rest of the glue and then re-wax the area. Done in less then 10 minutes. The Caliper paint came from Autozone and after some masking tape it came out great...I love this forum!!! Next on the agenda,,,,,driving lights and led ambient lighting!!! I love my [email protected]@@

I wish I had the time and tools to get my calipers painted. That would look nice!

as far as tools and process, it's actually pretty easy. remove wheels, remove calipers, paint calipers, bake calipers (hardens the paint, builds for protection against the braking heat), then reinstall.

as for the time, couldn't help ya there, lol.
