  1. You have to remove the wiper arms and then 5 push pins along the front of the cowl(air inlet grill). I believe the passenger side has to come off first. After that's off, the transmission is visible.

    hi Gus,
I was just wondering how you get to the 2011 Cruze wiper transmission? Mine has died too. Driver side wiper stopped working so I believe the same thing happened to me as it did you? Once the arm is off, is it impossible to put back on? Is that why replacing the whole transmission is the easier way? I located a wiper transmission for $75 up here in Ontario, Canada. But, my question is..how do I get to the wiper transmission? I open the engine hood, right? The plastic cover just pops off? Or are there screws I have to take out first?
    Thx
    David
