    Catless downpipe installation.

    This is what I followed, although I didn’t remove the coolant line on the turbo, and I used no lubricants (wd-40 or power blaster). I used a cordless impact driver on the 4 nuts for the cat to the flex piece (bottom cat connection). Otherwise solid video that I do not own the rights to.

    Looks good. My only comments would be to not use WD40 (Water Displacement formula 40) and use PB Blaster/ Liquid Wrench / LPS or something similar instead. Also you can purchase an O2 wrench from Harbor Freight fairly cheap or buy one from the dealer for a lot more, but it will be better quality (I have the HF one myself - I did not verify the size in this link).

    I didn’t use any lubricant at all. I used a 7/8s o2/fuel line style wrench, one tap with a dead blow and popped right off. I know it’s metric, but 7/8ths fit just fine
