2015 Chevrolet Cruze Diesel with 1SL Package, Loaded, 67k miles

Its time to sell my Cruze. I have consigned it with Cool Rides of Colorado Springs, CO (link below) but I can pull it at any time if anyone does not require financing or want to deal with the dealership. Please let me know if interested.

I am the second owner of this car. Although the Cruze has been very good to me, it's time to sell. I used to commute about 100 miles (90% highway at 65-85 mph) daily to work averaging 40 miles per gallon, 500 miles per 3/4 tank. I always fill up at 1/4 tank. It would average 11 - 13 gallons per fill up. It has a Clean Carfax, Clean Colorado Title, and never any modifications.

The Cruze has the powerful 2.0L Turbocharged Clean Diesel engine with a 6-speed shiftable automatic, Rainforest Green Metallic exterior and Beige with Brown leather interior. Comes with Driver and Passenger heated seats. Power drivers seat. Pioneer Premium factory CD/MP3/Bluetooth sound system, Hands-free smartphone integration, and Navigation. Power sunroof. Enhanced safety package including Rear Parking Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Side Blind Zone Alert, and Backup camera.

    The vehicle specifications are below.
2.0L Clean Turbo Diesel Injected, 6 speed Shiftable Automatic transmission, Front wheel drive.
Leather heated seats. Power everything. One touch power windows and moonroof.
Daytime running lights with Automatic Headlights, Auto delay off headlamps
Remote anti-theft alarm system with Factory GM Automatic Remote Car starter
    Colorado legal Tinted Windows
ClearBra on entire bumper, airdam, hood and fenders
    Factory Pioneer sound system
dual front and dual rear side-mounted airbags
Tire pressure monitor with 4-wheel ABS and Traction control
    Stability control
    Rear door child safety locks
Rear center 3-point belt, seats 5.
    Post-collision safety system by Onstar
    Child seat anchors
    Front and rear head airbags
    Passenger airbag occupant sensing
    Rear height adjustable headrests

Meticulously maintained with Original Equipment Manufacturer recommended oil and filters. Oil samples are diagnosed at every oil change by Blackstone Labs in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have the latest reports and maintenance records available for review.

Not sure what's going on but the dealer was supposed to lower the price to $13,490.

Any thoughts or suggestions on price? Please speak up, opinions and suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks All.

Seems to me, awhile back when I was lookin in the Detroit area here, private sellers were around $10k or less while the dealers were typically priced around what yours is at. Mostly depending on miles.

Judging by the pics in your ad, it looks very nice and a little unique (color combo + diesel + options). That should keep you higher on the price in my opinion, but also might have to wait for that special someone that will be looking for that combination though.

Be patient and wait for the money, or lower the price if you need a quicker sale, that's about all you can do. Good luck!

Thanks for your inputs. I'm not in a huge hurry but need to juggle around insurance on cars. This would be easier if this one was not on my insurance any longer.

It looks like that just identifies it as the Diesel Cruze to me.

Looks like original MSRP was $25,540

I see that although its from Canada. Did they make a Diesel 1SL in 2015 here in the U.S. or anywhere? There are other Google listings and Videos for the CRUZE 1SL but I've never seen one, could it be an LS? I even see a LS+

I don't know where the car was build (imagine that can be decoded by the VIN) but what I do know is this car arrived in Texas, was delivered to Oklahoma, then sold new in Oklahoma. First owner had it for 32k miles before they traded it off to BMW of Tulsa, which is who I bought it from. Ive had it since Sept 2017 and drive about 100 per day to work which is why I added 35k miles to the odometer in just over a year.

Sure looks nice, almost bought a Green Cruze in 2014. My Atlantic Metallic Blue I have does little for me. Besides that Green reminded me of my Pea Picker!

    Thanks for the compliments.
I picked this one up because when my father passed in 2017 he was leasing a 2015 GMC Sierra SLT, Rainforest Green Metallic. I was in the middle of the VW buyback and looking for a replacement on Autotrader for my 2011 Jetta that would make over 40 mpg when the diesel Cruze came up in the search. It was the largest sedan that made the mpg I needed, and wasn't an Aveo or Sprint, or other small matchbox car I would have to put on like a backpack before driving.
Then I filtered on the closest diesel Cruzes to my location, had to be 2015 because I didn't want the first model year, and this one happened to be the same Rainforest Green Metallic that my dad's Sierra was, so I did what any other grieving person would do and took it as a sign; I had to get it. It was in Tulsa, OK, to which as luck would have it I have friends in Tulsa. So I arranged a one way flight, spent a night with friends, and they took me to the dealership the next day to pick it up and drive back to CO.
It really is a nice reliable car. I don't have hardly any complaints except where they put the heater controls low on the center console.
I thought I would love the car but the thing that drew me to the car is the same thing thats pushing it away, the color. It really is a gorgeous green and you don't see many that color. But when I see it, it reminds me of dad's Sierra, and therefore reminds me of my dad. I can't say it breaks my heart but I think I need to move on and get something that is a better reflection of my character.
