  1. TW/FS: 4 18” Enkei EV5 wheels-bronze

    Cruze Parts
Disclaimer: These wheels fit a gen2 Cruze! Hi people! I bought these a few months ago, and have since then, been working on my other project car. I’ve never even had tires mounted on them. I’m looking to get $600 for them: This includes the 4 brand new wheels, chrome lug nuts, and hub...

  3. New Springs on 18 diesel Hatchback

Gen2 Wheels, Tires, Brakes, & Suspension
I have yet to bottom out and I’ve been running the springs for about 7k miles now. I did trim my front bumpstops, but my car did not have any bumpstops in the rear. Also, mine is a gasser. Car feels like it’s a bit flatter when cornering, and the ride is about the same as stock.

The cracked pistons/engine-explosion was from a factory defect in the pistons, I believe. 2018+ got updated pistons, while the 2016/2017 are given updated pistons once failure occurs. Whilst tuning, the piston issue is irrelevant in 2018+
  6. Exhaust

    Gen2 Powertrain
I welded this up a while back, and managed to get my palm prints in the finish lol. I cut the stock exhaust off before the front resonator/converter. I cut through the thickest flange, so I could easily weld up the stock 3 bolt mount with the hangers to my new muffler. I used a Dynomax 2.5...

I absolutely love that color. I actually went to get my hb in that color, but the hood was dented horribly. So, I got a red one ha. Looks great!! I love the way the rear looks debadged. Just a little more attitude. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would definitely try just waxing it. Brake cleaner may not have the capabilities to fully remove residue, I’m not an expert though lol. Hopefully, you’ll get it right, boss. Believe in you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Vinyl is easy as well. Be sure to remove any protectant, or contaminates, before wrapping. I wipe my parts down with a degreaser, and wipe again with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. A hair, a spec of dirt: depending on the vinyl color, it will all show through. I use Vvivid mostly as for a...

I debadged the rear of mine. Love it, and very easy. I used a heat gun across the letters, and pulled them off as the adhesive heated. I used goo-gone to get rid of the residue left behind, then waxed it. I left the Chevy emblem. Pic is off-center lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Made a rear shock tower brace. Lightly painted it while I wait for powder to powder coat. Scratched it lol. Enjoy. Excuse the mess. I’ve been driving the car to work this week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Gen2 Appearance, Body, Detailing, & Interior
The fog light snaps in from behind your bumper. Kind of hard to get it to snap completely in. And about the pics to my wiring, I haven’t seen my girlfriend too much this week because of work, but I’m still trying.

I’m not sure about the spyder, but the winjet kit I ordered had came with a wiring harness. The wiring harness will have a 12v source that goes on the positive terminal by your fuse block under-hood. Then you route the wiring towards the front, hiding your wiring. I ran, and zip tied, the...
  17. 2016 Cruze LED running lights only flickering- Any fix

    General Discussion
Mine were flickering due to a bad battery connection. I would check the condition of your battery, and its connections first.

    General Discussion
Check out CAMVAP It’s essentially a consumer protection agency for Canada, not much difference between this and a lemon law. That is just my initial take on it. GM is a participating manufacturer in their arbitration process. Just something to look into.

Have you looked into filing a claim with CAMVAP? I believe they deal with defects and manufacturers not honoring warranty, on new vehicles. I do not know the cut off date, or mileage. Just something to look into. CAMVAP
  20. Decided to try my hand at vinyl wrapping

Gen2 Appearance, Body, Detailing, & Interior
I had wrapped mine in “dry” red carbon fiber wrap. That would be the no-to-low gloss vinyl. Absolutely zero glare from it. Also, once I tinted the visor strip on the windshield to 5%; there has been significantly less glare from my 7” display. Although, I feel the dark strip has also...
