    I only have 16" rims (stock) with the stock Hankook tires. Subwoofer(Rockford Fosgate P3 12") is not even 10lbs, and 5-10 over the speed limit (fastest being 70MPH maybe once a week) I wouldn't think would cause such a drastic change in MPG off of the advertised amount.
