Long story short.. loosing coolant (no visible leaks and no codes) 3 wks ago, took car in to dealer who replaced water pump(under special warranty) and thermostat(not covered by GM) car was fine until Friday ... recovery tank down 1/2 litre , back to dealer, coolant...
I overheard a conversation about Diesel Fuel Gelling and decided to look it up.
Quote from Google search: "At 32 degrees, the wax in liquid form will crystallize and leave the fuel tank clouded. At 10-15 degrees, it will finally start to gel and clog the tank and fuel filters."
With the first few cold spells already happening is any one running a fuel additive and what are you running? any concerns with voiding warranty. And how about some thing like Power service diesel kleen with cetane boost is i it worth trying to raise them numbers? Granted i live in missouri so...

Just seen advertisement on hot shot secrets. Mix with oil and it cleans pistons,turbochargers, and other engine parts. Gonna do some reaearch but figured id post a thread to see if anyones heard and knows anything about it.
