I don't know if this is just my Cruze or not but I have noticed that when putting air into your tires that the tire pressure display in the dash doesn't update the new psi amount when the car is turned on but if the car is off it's updated when you turn it back on. Is this by design or not normal?

I just purchased a brand new 2011 Cruze LS with 650 miles on the odometer. The remaining oil life moniter shows only 76% left. With such little mileage is this normal ? I'd hate to have my first oil change at 2,600 miles. Thanks for any input.
