Hey y'all. I'm pretty new here and I've only had my 2016 Cruze a few months. I was looking at tunes and other things and I keep seeing it gives an option for 2016 and 2016.5. What is the difference and how can I tell? I'm assuming I have the 16 gen 1 because it's not as nice as some of the gen...
What's the difference between PID's for Absolute Throttle Position vs. Relative Throttle Position?
Trying to figure out what type of value to look at for the 1.4L turbo engine, when fully warmed up, sitting at idle. 19.2% Absolute. Is that high and require a cleaning or inline?
Remember I mentioned my 2013 RS made a certain noise only @ 38-45 MPH.... I called a radio car talk show and mentioned this to him and he suggested replacing both drums and shoes.
I have been looking into the parts involved online and Rock auto states what I suspect(just buy 2 drums and a...
In the process of replacing a blown 1.4 in my '12 Cruze. Mine is a 6 spd standard, but the local scrapyard only has them from cars that were auto. Are there any differences I should be aware of? Found one with 30k miles for $500.
I noticed a significant difference with the A/C Temperature through the vents between the Driver and Front Passenger Seat. The driver side temperature registered about 8-10° warmer than the passenger side with the air on Max.
Is this normal?
Looking to put a K&N intake, ZZP Down pipe and BNR tune on my 2014 Cruze Eco Manual 1.4T..........What would I expect at the wheels and or 0-60 times? Will it actually drop any noticeable amount off the 0-60?
I finally found a 2015 2LT with the RSPackage. I wanted the 2015 because it was the last year with the 100,0005yr powertrain warranty.
I had to get one with the RS Package because I wanted foglights. I’ve been looking for about a year to replacemy 2014. The 2LT with RS are hard tofind.
I drove a 2015 LTZ today & could not believe the harder ride between it & my 2014 2LT. I thought the 2LT & the LTZ had the same suspension. The LTZ has 18 versus 17 inch rim tires. Could I put a 17 inch rim tire on the LTZ?

Near the top of the page there is a nice calculator that lets you put in your current tire size then the size you want to go to and it will tell you the new offset, tire diameter, and what the speedometer will read at 60mph.
As I mentioned in a previous post I switched out a set of "AC Delco" labeled plugs to replace with the original NGKs that came out. The Delcos I took out were gapped at .028 and I gapped the the old NGKs at .030. even without the tune the car feels like it has new life and tuned again! I have...
So is there a specification to go by when picking up def fluid or is it all the same. I'm not 100% sure on how much def fluid is at my dealership but my Gf works for ford and only pays 55% of retail so if I can put ford def into my cruze then it would be a more cost efficient solution.

Ever wonder *why* the digital MPH (DIC) and analog MPH (speedo) numbers sometimes don't seem to agree?
Quoted from Jan'14 GM TechLink website article:
"The specification for speedometer needle accuracy is +/– 2 MPH at any given speed when looking straight at the needle."
