Hey guys I am about to purchase the GM OEM Fog Light Kit for about $200. I am wondering if this install is possible to do yourself so I can save myself the labor costs for installation. I have a 2018 Cruze LT model. It comes with instructions so I imagine its 100% do-able. Do I have to drop the...

I have a 2013 1lt Cruze. I am seriously sadden by its stock performance and really want to do as much as I can for 1k or so to at least make this car into something a bit more fun to drive and give it a bitmore horsepower. Any ideas friends?
  3. Gen2 Powertrain
Does anyone know of a simple way to disable the hill assist? I did a few searches, but couldn't find much info that was Cruze specific. Thanks! Chad

It looks straight forward as there are only 3 bolts to attach to the engine. Is there anything special I need to be aware of when replacing it? Thanks.

Hi, Out of nowhere, a few days ago, my car radio started getting terrible reception. I can only pick up 1 or 2 of my stations that I regularly use and the reception on those are terrible, as well. I am thinking (hoping) maybe the antenna cable became disconnected from the head unit? I made...

Hi, so I drive a 2012 Cruze and my car got broken into today. They broke my passenger side rear vent/quarter window to get in. I called the shops and it cost about 350 to replace it and since I am a poor student, I don't have that kind of money. So i have found the part online but I was...

Shared it over on the Facebook page, figured I would share it here as well. This was definitely one of my selling points on the Cruze, and it has been a gem to work on so far IMO. Just watch out for those spark plug boots! The Ten Easiest Modern Cars To Work On

Local Dollorama store sells these cheap $3 headrest mounts. Take the centre speaker grill out drill two small holes on the front edge and then mount the holder to the top using the screws. I'm running a cheap tab 4 7" model but it is adjustable and will fit almost anything. I use it as a dashcam...

In all the years I have been working on cars, I never realized how easy it was to rotate my tires. You will probably say well duh Patman but. The last time I did it I used my spare and it took forever. This time starting with the back wheel, I removed the passenger wheel, put the car on a...

Hello everyone, I have recently replaced front brake pads on my 2011 Automatic Cruze LS with AutoZone Duralast Gold. The rotors are in good shape so I did not have them resurfaced, just a pad swap. I inspected the caliper guides to make sure the caliper slides freely and isn't sticking, all is...

On my 2012 LT I have a big dent in the trunk lid. I found a cheap replace at a salvage yard from a 2013 model. Same paint code too: victory red. Was wondering how hard it is to swap them out? Looks like there are only 4 bolts; 2 on the right hinge and 2 on the left hinge, holding the lid on...

A neat trick I picked up about a week or so ago, and wanted to to share my findings with the rest of the Cruze Family... So, you goto the gas station to get fuel. Pop the door open, and start filling her up. Yea, everyone just presses the handle till it won't move anymore. Here's the tip...
