    I got message from the Police saying that i got a fine of $217 for crossing the red signal . This happened a few weeks before. Ive fallin into a big mess, & if i don't wanna give my car for 15 days i have to pay another $408. :( :( I need my car for college purpose. Should i keep the car or not??
