I've noticed from the few posts that none of the lowering springs significantly lower the car but which does the most and which is the best?

Are there two types of Eibachs for the Gen I? For some reason I have this thought that there are springs to use with stock struts/shocks and a different set for sport struts/shocks. If there are two types, how can you tell the difference?
