    So it's blisteringly cold (-10 F) and my 14 Cruze 2LT yet again decides to have issues. Popped a P0449, Evap Emissions Control Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit. Any thoughts? I've heard suggestions like check has cap, oil cap and dipstick. Anything else?
