Hey everyone, as title states I need a little help polishing some oxidized trim on my new to me 2013 Cruze. I quickly tried some windex and that did nothing. Does this task call for some aluminum polish? I attempted a forum search and didn’t return any results for this yet. Thanks!
I have polished all of my cars for the past 25 years with Nu Finish. This has kept the paint in excellent condition for years.
The owner's manual for the Cruze states, "Application of aftermarket clearcoat sealant/wax materials is not recommended." (Page 10-84) But, in the next paragraph there...
haven't visited the Forum in a while. Been searching for an answer to my question, in vain though.
I have a European 2012 Cruze LTZ, got it last October. Car has been running great, and have had no problems with it save for a little hit-and-run on a parking lot that caused more damage...
I know of a company that does great work with porting and polishing. Grimspeed.
I emailed them and they said they would love to work on the 1.4L turbo/manifold and that if anyone is interested to email them.
If you are interested them pm me and I will give you their information.
