Well at least you know there is a problem with the phaser and aren't throwing parts at this.

With everything apart (again!), I would change both phasers. I don't know if one phaser tends to fail more frequently or what "best practices" are.

A lot of videos complained about excess silicone blocking said oil check valve (or the plastic oil intake in the oil pan). So be conservative in any silicone application. But you already know this!

Which tensioner? We replaced the accessory belt tensioner a few times.

But the timing belt tensioner doesn't seem to fail (still replaced with the idler and belt from time to time). Those 3 components are very robust IME.

Yeah, buying a 1/2" impact for the crank bolt, as for the timing belt tensioner it seems to hold tight but I don't remember it being so easy to move/ rotate the base. May just be the cam gear but idk.

This may not be an option to fix, I just blew the oil pump seal coming home.

3km out the oil pressure light blinked once, roughly 3km later the tree was lite and whistling. Timing belt full of oil. Oil in engine bay, on the whole timing/belt side, and radiator. Valve cover over to the airbox n back to the firewall, and up on the hood

Had to run it dry for around 2km. Had coolen the car off for a previous 1-1/2hr waiting for a oil deliver... topped up twice with various oils along the way but a solid couple dry km at the end.

Oh boy
