I am in central MO and bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze ECO 6MT last July and have over 20K miles that I have put on it since I got it with 68,600 miles. This car was almost perfect, it must have been driven by an older couple and always garage. Only a few hail dents left, the dealer took the ones from the hood as part of the deal along with tint. They interior is a 10/10.
So far I have done the air box resonator and CDV delete. Changed to Amsoil transfluid and engine oil. LED interior lights, rear turns, front switchbacks. Brakes and shocks are original. Tires are the factory spec, but I would guess only the second set.
At 85,809 miles I had to put a new valve cover on, I got it from thatgmpartsguy.com. Took me about 30 minutes to do, all good for now. I ordered the PCV repair kit for the manifold from Xtremerevolution when that has to be done.
This weekend I am installing an OEM foglight kit, non-ECO horn, filling in the holes from the license plate mount, rotating the tires, bleeding the brakes, and the clutch.
Future plans:
Heavy metallic black vinyl on the roof and mirrors
BNR tune
Bilstein B8 HD shocks and struts
LED headlights
DEPO clear front corners with cool white LED's
Clear bra headlights and front corners
Centric brakes when due
Continental tires when due
coolant flush
muffler delete
So far I am averaging 37.3MPG in the car with a 100 mile daily commute and some short 5 mile runs on the days I carpool.
Also a pic of the air filter and cabin filter when I bought it, never changed.
