I had time today to go back over what I did when I installed the rear evap vent solenoid and evap canister and found the plug was loose on the solenoid on the side of the canister. I have to drop the tank down several inches to see it and it looks like the plug wasn't seated completely when I replaced it. So I guess you can say I worked through the P0449 issue- we'll see in the next week or so if the code in the computer clears.

I know this was long ago but how hard is it to drop the tank on the Cruze
