Hi, I just checked the voltage at the headlight socket on my 2011 cruze with car running and it was 12.6 and at the battery 14.4. I would like to know if I relayed both low and hi beams so they get 14.4 volts will it melt anything say like the headlight assembly? Thanks.

I believe xtremerev has a write up on H/L harness upgrade, you will be fine the voltage drop is more than likely from the 20-22ga wire from the factory.
