On my way to work today I came over a hill and hit a huge rain puddle going 50. The engine immediately stalled out. The car rolled out of the puddle I went to start it and all I heard was a click. I came back later that day and took out the spark plugs so it could push out any water in the cylinders and it still wouldn’t turn over it just clicks

Sounds like you locked it up/bent something. You'll have to see if it will turn with a wrench on the crank and go from there.
