Agreed. I'm sure there are people like myself who still prefer the look of the first gen over the second, but I'm not sure if they're willing to pay a premium price for that.

I held out for a premium price on my 62k mile 2012 LTZ, and it was a struggle. Honestly no one really looked at it, the price seemed to turn them away without even inquiring. I think the buyers thought the price was fair for the condition of the car, as it presented even better than pictures in person.

Normally that would be a scary thought, but from the looks of your signature, she probably knows a thing or two about cars!
