Check your coolant level immediately. It's probably low.
If it is, don't keep driving the car until you can get some in it.

Hi Sroberts9337,Hey guys,
I've already made an appointment with a GM dealer, but I was just wanting to run something by you guys to make sure there is a problem and this isn't normal.
For the last couple of days my heater hasn't been coming out hot. When I turn it on, (already fully warmed engine) the air comes out at full temperature for about 5 seconds, then it comes out mildly warm for about a minute, and then it comes out cold (almost as if it's A/C). I am new to Minnesota from Arkansas, and I'm not used to the very cold temperatures. I was just wanting to make sure this is abnormal before I took it in to the dealer. It is 5°F (-15°C) outside.
Thanks.
