Had the CO reprogram on the engine control module and it destroyed the driveability with possibly a 10~15% loss of power. Under some circumstances is is almost dangerous to drive. Lack of power, engine misfiring, push on the gas pedal and it will actually slow down for a couple of seconds. The hotter the ambient the worse it gets and balky cold, 50F. Not a matter of AC on or off. This is not the vehicle I purchased. Runs worse than a carb car with no choke and a bad accelerator pump. This is an automatic and many times I have to manually shift it to get around town in traffic under 55mph. Bought an automatic for a reason. It will be going in for service in about 2 weeks see what goes there. This is totally unacceptable!!! NOT HAPPY!!! Anyone else have the same problem??? In the past fully certified ASE mechanic, 20+ years, and CA smog certified.
