I keep getting a burnt smell inside my car at random times when driving. I don't know if its oil.coolant or something else? It happens at random times and lasts about 5-10 seconds then goes away. I usually have to roll windows down for a minute to get rid of the smell, which is not ideal when its middle of winter and I have kids in the back seat. I took to the dealer a few weeks ago and they found nothing and could not duplicate smell. Took back a few weeks later and I was told water pump was leaking so they replaced. 2 weeks later smell still coming back, said slight leak in valve cover and replaced that too. Smell still there.... they did a compression test and found nothing. What do I do at this point???
