2014 2.0 cruze changed def tank and heater

Hi I'm new to this forum and am looking for some insite on my car just changed the def tank and heater due to the tank freezing and cracking diagnosed by local dealer before all this started I took a road trip got back and before I left I checked the status of oil being changed fuel filter was at 21% knew I had enough life left in it so when I had gotten back the change fuel notice came on so I'm thinking time to change and change oil too drive it one day car started to spudder then quit all together towed it to dealer told me what the issue was so did the repair my self had them. Change the fuel filter while they had it order parts offline install was easy fired it up took it for a test run so at 48mph I get the hange fuel filter again and the car is almost like limp mode got it back home went to start again and it took some time so and I have no codes on the dash so today went out to start nothing any ideas at this point would be appreciated I have 86k on the car never had a bit of trouble with it this all of a sudden happened
