2014 Chevy Cruze special coverage adjustment for water pump/coolant leak

Hello, I wanted to reach out and ask about the special coverage adjustment for 2011-2014 Chevy Cruzes under 150,000 miles or within 10 years old. I called the dealership and the customer service line to see if I was covered under this special coverage because my coolant was leaking and I got it diagnosed by my mechanic. They both said I was not covered under this special coverage. They said this was the case when they checked with and without my VIN number. Is this something that I am covered for and how do I go about getting the service if so?
