screen turns off, music also, blinker blinks but no noise. lights flicker etc.

Stationed in germany with a location that covers warranty far away. this may be an easy fix. Happens alot especially when braking maybe also when wet outside. checked around brake pedal and nothing stood out that was being mixed up or anything.

Probably the negative battery cable gone bad. Common issue.

See if Chevy will ship a negative battery cable to the nearest Opel dealership for you.

Where did you purchase the Car? Sometimes Manufactures will only honor the warranty in the Country it is sold. For example Hyundai Canada won't honor the warranty from those in the United States, and the U.S. dealers can't do warranty work on a Hyundai bought in Canada.
