2014 Cruze 2.0 regen issue

I have tried to force a regen as I have a DPF full message and associated DTC’s. It keeps saying soot accumulation out of range but showing 43 grams. Am I missing something? I’m new to this and could really use some help. I’m using gretio app to try to force the regen.

It says the inhibit reason is because a DTC is present.
Try clearing all codes and restart the service regen.

43 grams is really high. It should normally start regen between 20-25.

If you don't do a lot of freeway/highway driving, take it out at least 60 minutes a week just to get the exhaust flowing at a high RPM.
