2014 Cruze LTZ! HELP

Ive been doing a ton of work on this car, this community has been incredibly helpful with a lot so I thought I’ll try this. I have a 2014 LTZ. Basically I’ve had to change out the entire coolant system because of various leaks. About 1 year ago upon starting I got a check engine light, service stabilitrak, service traction control and service power steering. Also what placing car into Reverse I would get a major “bang” of feedback. Found (through this site about the “recall” on the negative battery cable) so had the dealership change that and all was good and back to normal. Just the other morning I got the same exact messages, and ordered the negative battery cable and changed it out again. Only problem this time that was not the solution. I can’t imagine that these codes just need to be cleared, alrthough that is my next step. Has anyone else had a similar problem or know of anything else this problem could stem from? Thanks in advance

Well, which codes are you talking about?

If you're talking about the messages, the engine is probably misfiring.

I meant the code for the check engine light. I would assume it’s the same as last time “lost connection with TCM”
Assuming the same thing isn't a good plan.
I'd list the actual codes.

1) You've got to list the actual code (s). If you dont have a scanner or code reader, most auto parts stores can do it for you. There's no help available for assumptions without facts.

2) Just how old is the battery itself?

Many times while the sensors are unplugged and when coolant is flowing, some gets into the connections. Pull apart the connections one at a time, spray the ends with contact cleaner, dry them out with compressed or canned air and reconnect. For a small measure of insurance, dab a bit of dielectric grease on the connections before reconnecting them.

Code was U0101

battery is less than a year old, I would say 8 months

Typically the causes for this code to set are:
Open in the CAN bus + circuit
Open in the CAN bus - circuit
Short to power in either CAN bus circuit
Short to ground in either CAN bus circuit
Rarely - faulty control module

Yes I have just went threw the same thing. Only my battery for two days just went dead for no reason, but before it did i kept getting those same messages. Once the battery was charged the warnings stopped and the battery seems fine but I couldnt figure out why it had happend. Now that I know about the recall I will have to have that changed and hopefully wont do it again. If anyone would know of anther reason that would cause that I would love to know.
