Hello I changed my water outlet to aluminum. Everything is great except it keeps leaking under the water outlet. There is a hole in bottom with a clip and a plastic circle with a o ring. This is the second one in replace thru autozone. At this point I am wondering should I seal up the whole with harbor freight aluminum weld or metal putty , jbl weld or just a o-ring. The o-ring on both lasted only about 2 weeks. I've even thought of gasket sealant the whole also. Please advise anyone

The metal doesn't fit correctly and I would change it back to rubber or use a sealant.

Return it to AZ and order a Acdelco from them. I went thru 2 of these aluminum housings and both leaked at different locations.
