So far no engine light but the car at 43,000 miles has started to develop a hard idle.
Chevy Dealer suggested I try AC Delco Fuel System Treatment. GMC Dealer said they use Fuel Juels.
When I had a Camry my independent mechanic used BG 44K.
Does anyone have experience with any of the above?

When I've had to do this in the past, here's what I did:

Go purchase a small can of BG 44K. Then, with my tank almost empty (low fuel light on) I'd go to the nearest high volume Shell station and put in about half a tank of Shell vPower Premium unleaded. Pull the fill nozzle out and poor in the BG 44K. Then finish the tank. When this tank is near empty I'd run another full tank of Shell vPower Premium.

If this doesn't work then I'd take it to the dealership to figure out what's wrong. Chances are you're experiencing early PCV failure but it's definitely worth cleaning the fuel system first.

It's likely a result of another issue, not need of a fuel system cleaning.

Check out the valve cover or listen for vacuum leaks.
