Could be a poor connection, but flickering LEDs is usually the led itself. Which would mean new headlights needed to fix issue unfortunately.

I did take off caps and check all connections.
Turned on and started and they were fine for a few then started again.
Car is going to my daughter tomorrow I guess I can keep researching it.
I would gladly change headlights bulbs if I knew it would fix.

If yours has the curved, white LED strip at the bottom of the headlight that act as the running light, then there is no bulb to replace. They're diodes inside the headlight that are almost not worth replacing. If they start flickering after a certain amount of time then there might be a heatsink issue. They may be overheating and flickering.

Yes has the string of LED around the edge.
So what is the fix- replace the entire assembly?
Ouch-I think that will be costly.

Mine were flickering due to a bad battery connection. I would check the condition of your battery, and its connections first.

Sorry to bring this back up..
My daughter took to local dealer today in GR Michigan, and they blew her off. did not want to help her, told her probably easy fix- just don't want to find it. I thought they would diagnose it and apply charge to the repair (at least that is what I was told by another dealer).
She loves the car just getting annoyed by the flickering DRL.
Does anyone have a picture of the LED strip connection- maybe i can just disconnect it, she is fine with that, because the headlights work fine.
Or I was thinking maybe i could just rewire direct to something else.
I did find a bunch of wires and little black box under dash at left side almost fell out- thinking someone from the accident repair may have been into this area, and that is what causing the flicker.
It was small gauge wires like alarm stuff. did this car come with factory alarm? The horn honks one fast beep, every time she turns the key
off.

Sounds like there's definitely aftermarket parts installed. The horn shouldn't do that when you turn off the car. There also shouldnt be any losoe jumbles of wires or small black box flopping about. The Body Control module is a black box above the park brake pedal, but it's the size of a book.

There's no fuse you can pull to just disable the DRL strips. You'd need to disconnect the power wire to them out of the headlamp wiring connector. It's a 6way connector, the wire you want is in position 3, which is the wire with blue on the top row(close to the lock side)

But I would definitely attempt to determine what aftermarket goodies are installed. Theres a real potential for the chase there.

Was thinking that jumble of wires could be aftermarket alarm, and maybe i could take to alarm place and have them disconnect the alarm.

if I pull that wire, start car and take a voltage reading on that wire - wondering if its steady or fluctuating to make them flicker?

If you do that and it's steady voltage means you either have a ground problem, bad headlights,or the circuit can't supply enough power.

If the voltage isn't steady you've verified it's a power issue.

UPDATE: My daughter came home for day and I was looking at 6 pin connector to headlight/DRL
top terminal i believe brn/blue wire for DRL.
I unplugged it and when first turned on 13.2 volts no flickering, started let run for few then they start flickering and voltage goes to 12.5-12.3v

would a drop this little cause them to flicker.
I really wanna cut power to DRL and feed from fuse block with inline fuse a key on voltage.
Thoughts?
