AC Non Functional

Last week my AC quit working.
I browsed posts here. Got the temp to show again on the dash with a junkyard ambient temp sensor after learning it was missing entirely
It shows about 20 degrees lower than outside but I figured that would allow the AC to turn on but no luck.
Took some harbor freight AC gauges and measured the refrigerant. Was normal readings. Like 110 on both sides.

Cooling fans also do not turn on at all. All I had before was the high setting that cycled quickly.

I think it’s a sensor issue not allowing something to turn on. But I’m not sure what else to check.
Any other ideas before I break down and take it to a shop?
