Welcome to the forum! The wheels stuck out to me as well, I really like the way they look. Definitely much better than the stock steelies we put on our LS 1.8 over here in the states. Are those aftermarket wheels?

In Europe, the 2010 standard equip LS Cruze with 16-inch aluminum rims, but it seems that they were 17-inch excess in showrooms for sale, and some customers get larger wheels as a tribute to the action.
