The timing belt? I've been mulling over doing it myself or having the dealer do it. I got about 50k miles to think about it though, haha.

Someone did. It doesn't look horribly difficult, but being a FWD vehicle, any kind of front cover access can be a huge pain in the ass.

I love working on cars, and I'm always one to do my own work - but it really comes down to how busy I am with my [currently] 3 other cars, my house, work and ultimately how much I value my time.

yea but one thing you didnt factor in that if i do it its done RIGHT and no SHORT CUTS thats 75% of the reason gm wont touch my car
