As I would guess most here, I diligently monitor my fuel usage/MPG`s. Running 160 miles per day, I can refuel every 3rd day. My idiot light for the gas gauge goes off with about 3 gallons to spare. I have 5500 miles on my new car and only one time, the light never came on, or the displayed low fuel warning. I refueled with less than a gallon and a half to go. I had only 1 refuel afterwards, and the light and display did come on again at about the 3 gallon mark.
