I recently went on a 3 week trip and my 2013 Chevy Cruze sat in the garage while I was gone. Since then It has developed a miss. It seems related to the gas. Every time I fill it up it misses badly. If I add a bottle of gas treatment it runs better but still has a miss. Does anyone have any suggestions. Could it be spark plugs? The car has 45k miles on it.

Yes misfire. I think I'll try the plugs before taking it to dealer
