Best preloaded tuner ?

I didnt know there were handhelds for the Cruze available.

From personal experience in the past on other vehicles, I would run Diablo over BullyDog every day of the week.

In my experience, pre-loaded aka canned tunes are normally troublesome over the long term. The canned tunes that I've seen in the past increase power by excessively dumping fuel and increasing timing advance.

Excess gas and spark advance seems like a bomb waiting to happen. To me.

Diablo isn't bad but they only support certain model years. If you have access to a windows PC, BNR tunes do not require you to have a laptop at the vehicle. You only take the tuner to the vehicle, and use the windows pc in the house to load tunes and stuff. It's super simple
