I'll just leave some teaser pics of the tacked up manifold for now. Should have some time to finish welding it up this week before sending it out for ceramic coating.
Car is currently full bolt-ons (Custom 3.5" intake with 3" MAF housing, Custom 3" DP, Straight Pipe 2.5" side exit exhaust), ported IM and flex fuel converted. PCV plugged in the manifold and converted to an atmospheric catch can setup.
On 93 octane, car made 175/217 @ 20psi tapering to 15psi by redline. Haven't redynoed since enabling flex fuel but there is a noticeable power difference. (Enough to spin 1-2). Was running 24psi tapering to 17-18psi on E85 for a while but the weather has been less than favorable in SE PA, So I've turned it back down for now.
New turbo will be a Precision 4831 running somewhere between 10-12 psi on 93 for daily driving duty and planning on high-teens to low twenties for E85/E98.
