The sound is from a dry crankshaft seal on the belt side.....nothing to do with the turbo and several members have had this experience.
BTW.....turbo is providing no positive pressure at idle.
Good ole shade tree mechanic say I........guys like this is why guys like me generally don't admit to our avocation.
BTW.....this (and a bum turbo to those reading) fall under powertrain coverage.
