Description from OTTP:

This will replace the flimsy stock mount. Made from 6061 aluminum and uses a solid rubber bushing. This will help with wheel hop and torque transfer but because the bushing is still rubber it won't vibrate as bad as a poly bushing.

I have an automatic. I believe this mount is the same for both transmissions. However, I can't personally verify that.
