You have EVERY right to be very frustrated. Be firm with the dealer, don't let them give you any ****. GM has a habbit of trying to screw any customer that will let them, don't settle for anything you aren't satisfied with. Good luck!

As long as they are selling the car as a "used car" and not new, there is nothing wrong with it.
